Professional Overview
I have been a sustainability consultant, climate advocate, and social impact strategist with more than 30 years of experience spanning business development, nonprofit management, and environmental innovation. As founder and director of USOLEC Company, she leads initiatives that integrate climate action, housing-first solutions, and equitable community design.
My academic background in Collaborative Health & Human Services and nonprofit management, paired with my professional certification in project management, gives me a rare balance of strategic oversight and grassroots compassion.
My approach is guided by lived experience with systemic hardship and my conviction that sustainability cannot exist without social justice.
Through USOLEC, I develop climate-positive housing models, no-barrier job programs, and community wellness initiatives that align ecological recovery with human dignity.

Understanding Earth is Our Home
At 19 years old, Dawn was awakened to the fact that humans are connected and dependent on Earth, which humans were destroying with individual and community life choices. During this time, the idea to create a business to Heal the World came alive. This dream to help humanity has remained constant. Advocating for climate action has been a priority. Dawn became passionate about developing solutions to help guide customers with compassion, empathy, and insight in making Earth-supporting life choices.
Innovation Born
It's been 35 years since Dawn first became aware of the connection between the planet and humans' destruction of it. Being driven since the idea to create a business called Heal the World Corporation, Usolec Company was born in 2022. Today, Dawn has continued to grow and develop solutions to climate change and other social causes. The innovation of the Usolec Company's current programs is driven by an understanding of the psychology and infrastructure that have led to the initiation of implementing scientific research solutions. Research has determined that people are feeling frustrated and overwhelmed by the reality that climate change is real and can be an obstacle to change. Usolec Company wants to help support individuals, families, businesses, governments, cities, and nations to transition effortlessly.
Usolec company will design creative roadmaps for sustainable transition for our clients. This includes keeping records of clients' unmet local, state, and federal government changes necessary to take climate action. This allows Usolec Company to understand the needs of communities to help guide the government to effective climate action. Usolec Company will also contact clients' landlords to assist them in helping clients transition to sustainability throughout all aspects of their life choices. This relieves clients of feeling overwhelmed by the tasks necessary to do everything possible to live sustainably. Usolec Company understands that people are suffering from guilt at having contributed to climate change. This is why Usolec Company will be offering a path to self-climate justice actions people can do to make up for past transgressions against Earth. Usolec Company offers ideas, creates volunteer, business ventures, or financial paths to climate action, green delivery of sustainable products, and provides partnering companies and community needs for an effortless sustainable transition and alleviating client guilt and depression from previous lack of sustainable life choices. Many of us have been polluting our lives. Usolec Company will help make everyone's lives more fulfilled, happier, and as sustainable as possible.
